Check my eligibilityA REAL LEASE-ON STRUCTURE
Under the contemplated structure, an approved owner-operator would lease qualifying equipment and driving services to Priority Path under a written agreement. Priority Path would operate as the authorized carrier and retain carrier-level safety and operational responsibility as required.
UNIVERSAL EQUIPMENT CHECK
Select Hotshot or Box Truck once. Your answers then follow one managed approval path from application through insurance and activation.
ACTIVATION CHECKLIST
An attractive truck or lead score cannot bypass insurance, driving-history, equipment, inspection, maintenance, securement, compliance, or operating-fit review.
SEE HOW THE NUMBERS WORK
Use the calculator to understand gross freight, mileage, deadhead, fuel and trip costs. The separate dispatch fee does not apply here. Owner-operator compensation is intentionally not calculated because no compensation model has been approved.
RUN THE REAL NUMBER
Loaded RPM can look strong while deadhead quietly eats the trip. Put in the real miles and operating assumptions before you say yes.

It does not include insurance, maintenance, taxes, labor, financing, permits, downtime, or other unentered costs.

NO CDL?
Certain equipment configurations may be operated without a CDL while still being commercial motor vehicles subject to other federal and state requirements. Eligibility depends on actual vehicle and combination ratings, cargo, operating area, and applicable regulations.
Priority Path does not provide legal, tax, insurance, licensing, or regulatory advice.
